How to Change the Color Display DOS Command

Mention the name alone is imagined that the command prompt consists of two (2) color that is only black and white. Every time you open a command prompt (cmd) is visible is a black background and white text.

Actually display the command prompt can be changed color according to our own desires, for example I want to replace the blue background and yellow text or writing or a white background and blue text.

To make changes to the color of the display window must be considered a command prompt color format in the form of numbers as follows:

0 = Black
1 = Blue
2 = Green

3 = Aqua
4 = Red
5 = Purple
6 = Yellow
7 = White
8 = Gray
9 = Light Blue
A = Light Green
B = Light Aqua
C = Light Red
D = Light Purple
E = Light Yellow
F = Bright White

After learning the color format that can be used at the dos command color, then the next is how to make changes to the color of the command prompt window.

The syntax is:

Color warnalatarbelakangwarnateks

Example:

Color 17

Explanation:
1 is the background color = Blue = blue
7 is the text color = white = white
So the color of the windows dos command window is a blue background and white text or writing.

good luck I hope it's useful for you:)
